Refund Policy
This policy applies to subscription orders paid for through the VPNQS user panel. It explains refund eligibility, how to submit a request, and how payments are returned. Order records in the panel and support tickets are used to verify requests and processing. Please keep the relevant information.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 30 days of your first payment. The request window starts when the first payment is successfully completed. Refund tickets submitted within that window are used to verify eligibility. You do not need to cite connection failures, speed issues, or device setup problems as a condition for requesting a refund, and you do not need to troubleshoot first.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently. When submitting a request, specify which order you want reviewed. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire; this does not mean the refund window stays open indefinitely. Renewals, additional data packages, and upgrades do not reopen the refund window for the first payment. If your request involves multiple transactions, list each one in the ticket.
Eligible and Ineligible Cases
Requests for normal use that fall within the window above are covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment. Connecting to a route, importing a subscription, or using data normally are not, by themselves, grounds for denying a refund. This policy does not set a data usage percentage threshold or calculate refunds based on remaining data.
Orders outside the request window are not covered by this no-questions-asked refund commitment. An order that was not successfully paid, was closed without a charge, or has already been refunded cannot be refunded again. If the payment status does not match the charge record, verify the transaction result first.
Accounts involving unusual use beyond plan limits, payment disputes, or violations of the Terms of Service require a review of the relevant records; an unverified assessment alone will not cancel the refund commitment. Account access decisions and refund verification should be explained separately. If additional evidence is needed, support will specify the reason and required materials in the ticket.
How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to the user panel and check the payment date, amount, and payment method in your order history to identify the order covered by your request.
- Open a support ticket, clearly request a refund, and provide the order number, account username, and payment transaction record for verification.
- Wait for support to verify the details. If any information is missing, add it to the original ticket and confirm the scope and outcome there.
Do not submit your account password or a complete subscription link. Redact personal information unrelated to the order from payment screenshots. VPNQS does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. Refund requests can be handled through panel tickets. If you cannot sign in, see the instructions on the support page.
Return Methods and Payment Differences
Once verified, refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are matched to the original transaction, and you can check the refund status in the corresponding payment account. If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, support will explain the situation in the ticket and verify the next steps. Funds will not automatically be sent to an account unrelated to the original payment.
USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay; an on-chain transfer cannot be treated as a payment that can simply be reversed. For these orders, the original transaction identifier, network, and receiving address must be checked in the ticket, along with the available return method. Any points requiring confirmation, such as network selection, fee handling, or the amount to be returned, will be explained before processing. No unconfirmed fee deductions are assumed.
Refund Status and Follow-up
When funds arrive depends on order verification, payment channel processing, and on-chain confirmation. This policy does not promise a standard arrival time. Ticket acknowledgment, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate statuses. An acknowledgment does not mean the refund has arrived; check the ticket outcome and payment account records to confirm.
If the funds are still not visible after the refund has been initiated, add the latest transaction status to the original ticket so support can continue checking. This helps avoid duplicate requests and mismatched records. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that order end. If the account has other active orders, check their status separately. See plan pricing for billing rules and the Privacy Policy for information about personal data handling.
